Viktor Frankl in his book Man’s Search for Meaning talks about how each person has his unique assignment in life. He writes, “Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather he must recognize that it is he who is asked. In a word, each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life; to life he can only respond by being responsible.”
As we awaken to our sacred knowing, we stop looking to others to define our self worth. We become accountable for our responsibility in choosing our thoughts which creates our feelings. As we remember our true essence we realize that we are all connected. We are creative beings of love, it is our assignment to extend that love in our own unique way.
Viktor goes on to write, “So live as if you were living already for the second time and as if you had acted the first time as wrongly as you are about to act now!”
When we come from a place of real love and act our of love, we never have any regrets.
Today I pray, we choose to BE the essence of love that we are and greet that same essence of love in others.
blessings & love,
