“Have Fun! Don’t be too serious! Live every day like it’s your last one, because you never know!” This is the message my younger sister Rita wanted to share with the world. She passed on, into the arms of Love last Monday.

I was so impressed and in awe with the courage and grace that she led her life and with the courage and grace in which she passed on.

I was blessed and honored to witness her letting go of ideas that did not serve her heart or her loving spirit. She had the courage to let go of what other people might think. She gave herself permission to forgive others and herself, allowing the space for deep love to enter her heart.

I was blessed to witness the same kind of courage last weekend at our ASK retreat. I honor those that have the courage to let go of ideas and beliefs that were handed down, but not chosen. Those that have the courage to be vulnerable, to admit that we are control freaks and want to be right, and choose to do something different.

As we move past the Ego’s desire to convince us that we are separate, we get to move into our Oneness in Love.

Today I pray we live as if we were dying, enjoying every morsel of the moment.

And so it is!

blessings & love,

small

Until next time, BE radiantradical & real!
