Courage is “the ability to do something that frightens one” as defined by Webster.

For many of us, to get real with our feelings takes a lot of courage. When we get real with how we feel, those feelings usually want a voice. Some of us, however, grew up with the mantra of “go along”, “get along” and “don’t make waves”.

Can you imagine how different our world would be if Martin Luther King Jr., Gandhi, Jesus or Siddhartha(Buddha) had bought into that mantra?

They had the courage to make their mantra love; and through love we are all connected, we are all the same.

It’s time to have the courage to get real with how we feel.

As we get real, we inspire and encourage others to get real, thereby creating a sacred safe space of love; changing the world one relationship at a time.

Today, I pray we have the courage to extend the sacredness of real love, to ourselves and others.

And so it is!

blessings & love,

small

Until next time, BE radiantradical & real!
