I don’t know about you, but my world has been crazy /busy good, with this Texas cooler air. I find myself with a lot of energy to be outside and get things done.
Looking at procrastination in the face, I have come to realize that one word makes all the difference in the world.
That word is WANT. As soon as I changed my thinking from I NEED (promoting should and guilt), to I WANT, oh my, how freeing that is.
I really WANT to clean my porch and windows, it gives me an opportunity to be outside and really enjoy my space. I really WANT to meditate in the morning, because it reminds me of who I am, and the message that I have for myself and the world. I WANT to exercise and eat well, because I really like feeling good.
So if you find yourself thinking of things you “should” or “need” to do, see if you can turn it around to I WANT to.
Let me know if this helps.
If there is something that you are struggling with, please let me know. I would love to help; you aren’t the only one struggling.
blessings and love,

p.s. the pic is an apple pic, not me, seemed appropriate though. Although it could be me, just maybe not this lifetime 🙂
Until next time, be radiant, radical, & real!
