Some thoughts don’t serve us.
Why do we obsess over thoughts that we really do not want to have?
These unwanted thoughts usually have their roots in our addiction to what other people think; creating in us feelings of unworthiness or “not being good enough”.
This belief of separateness has been handed down to us through many generations. Until now, the thought, that we are separate or different from one another, has been the consciousness of the planet. Now we are becoming more and more aware of our sameness, of our oneness. As this awareness grows, we will evoke more love and compassion, not only out into the world, but also into our interior world within.
Instead of judging our thoughts, we can just acknowledge them and let them go. By doing so, we will not give these thoughts energy and the less energy we give any thought, the less they will occur. Of course, this takes practice. We have spent years believing the worst of ourselves and others. Now it’s time to believe the best of ourselves and of others, creating more harmony, oneness and love.
Today, I pray we will discard thoughts that do not serve us as effortlessly as we pick up a piece of trash and throw it away. Thereby, without any judgements, clearing our mind for more love to flow.
Blessings and love,
