Fears, we all have them. Although we may try and ignore them, justify them or hide them; they keep showing up.

As we acknowledge our fears of feeling not good enough, separate and alone, we gain the awareness that these ideas come from a place of ego, not from a place of Spirit, of Love.

As we choose to come from a place of Love, connectedness and oneness in our relationship with our environment and each other, we in turn create a healthy planet and healthy relationships.

In my walk from fear to love, I find three concepts that serve me well; BE radiant, BE radical and BE real.

I had to be radical in order to let go of who I thought I was. I mean radical! I had to be willing to be a puddle on the floor with the reality that I had no idea who or what would arise from this puddle, of surrendering “who I thought I was”. I was scared to death and the truth of the matter is, a death had to occur. I had to die to “who I thought I was” in order to step into the Divine Essence that I am.

I had to be real about who I thought I was and be vulnerably honest about my past pains that I associated with myself. In facing thoseI had to face my fears about letting go of my idea of who I was and my victim mentality. It was truly an alchemic moment; I had come to a place of surrender, and there was no turning back. I was willing to give up all my old thinking for the unknown, trusting that what was on the other side of surrender would be better than what I knew.

What I found on the other side of my vulnerable, honest surrrender was pure radiance. I saw a light within myself that I had never seen before, I saw an endless deep pool of Love; I saw God. Since that moment, I can see God in everyone and everything.

With the awareness that the Divine is in everyone and everything; the grass is greener, the sky is bluer and in everyone’s eyes I see a reflection of radiant, radical, real love.

And so it is!

blessings & love,

small

Until next time, BE radiantradical & real!
