Oh my how time flies!!!

Can you believe that it is the end of February?

I can’t.

Most of us set out to “#be the best me” in 2018.

What that means is we set expectations, and if you follow me, you know that “expectations are premeditated resentments.”

So instead of creating stress and misery, what if you create passion, fun, and happiness?

What did you like to do when you were young?

There are so many options for moving the body, aka working out.

We can look at what we have always loved, our fears and what is somewhat reasonable considering our current age and body (all of which can change at any time). I play pickleball with a 90-year-old man, that can beat me.

Our body loves to move, it is exhilarating!

We feel better when we move.

Endorphins are released when we move.

Endorphins make us happy and giddy, they are truly a cheap date and we create this happiness all by ourselves.

Today, I encourage you to do something that you love.

Move your body! Be Exhilarated!

Experience a bliss that only you can create.

btw – I joined this gym so I could do a few weights after my pickleball.

tip – The easiest way to create a new habit is to attach it to a habit that you have already created.

example – I have created the habit of playing pickleball so I added the weights to the PB:))
