I have heard this said several ways by several sources. The question is, how often are we fighting, arguing, or disagreeing about something that is not really that important? Why do we want others to have the same opinion about situations, circumstances, issues, and people as we do?
Well, it all comes down to, we are “CONTROL FREAKS”. We want to control what other’s think and do. Don’t think so? Just listen to yourself the next time something comes out of your mouth or into your thoughts.
We are constantly wanting to convince ourselves and others that we are “good enough”.
I hope that you have a humbling moment. In humility, we learn that if we are having to be “right”, we are making someone “wrong”. And there is a sacred part of us, that knows, when we make someone else wrong, we are making ourselves wrong, creating more guilt in the world.
The miracle happens, when we surrender all that we have ever been taught and experienced, to the Holy Spirit within and without; in that holy moment, we realize that we are not only good enough, we are Divinely perfect.
I pray that today, we realize that it’s more fun to be happy than “right”. That we close the separateness between us and realize that we are all a part of the consciousness of the world. I pray that we choose love in our thoughts and our actions; realizing that we are all radiant beings.
blessings & love,
