One of the things that I love about animals is they truly live in the moment. Have you ever noticed an animal that looks like he is thinking about the past and all the struggles that he has been through. It’s very rare to see an unhappy animal. When I get home – no matter whether I have been gone a couple of hours or a couple of weeks – my dogs love me up.

They are such a great example for us to live in the moment. Just about every morning, my dog wakes up – roles on her back, wiggles around and plays with the covers. She starts out her day having fun and making me laugh. I am learning from her.

This is not my cat, but I just love the intensity and love that I see in his eyes.

Today, I hope you live in the moment and choose to find something to smile about or maybe even giggle about – it’s a choice you know.
